Job Overview
Our client is renowned as one of the leading heavy equipment dealerships in Western Canada and their track record of growth is evidence that they are going to a contender for many years to come.  They are presently sourcing a new branch manager to oversee one of their larger dealerships based in Calgary.
This will be an excellent opportunity for a seasoned player in Western Canada’s construction, forestry and agricultural markets.  You will have the stimulation of leading one of their biggest branches and play a day-to-day role in improving revenues and overall profitability.  In turn, you’ll be rewarded with the industry’s top compensation package and limitless earning potential.

Job Requirements
Previous experience and a strong reputation within the construction, forestry or agricultural equipment industries.
10+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities into management or supervisory roles within the heavy equipment industry.
A contagious work ethic with the ability to motivate and inspire various levels of subordinates.
Experience working with large, C-Level clients and developing large contracts or sales agreements.
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders – a trusted advisor to customers and staff.
