Our client is a nationally recognized service provider to industrial companies across North America and they are looking for a leader to drive the Eastern Canadian Reliability Business Unit. This job will oversee all reliability aspects of our client’s established business and you’ll be responsible for realizing regional growth as well as leading a team of technical professionals.
Your familiarity with reliability philosophies and ability to communicate them to customers as a solution will be rewarded with an extremely large earning potential. Covering a territory of Eastern Ontario through to the Atlantic you’ll be an active player in regional industries like mining and manufacturing/fabrication. This role will require a degree of travel as well as the ability to manage a cross functional team remotely.

A B.Sc degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering with technical strengths in preventative maintenance, root cause failure analysis and reliability centered maintenance of rotating equipment.
Fluent bilingualism in English and French.
10 or more years managing the implementation & execution of reliability systems in various industries – ideally but not necessarily with a service provider
Extraordinary leadership skills – able to lead cross functional teams including business development and technical resources
Above average communication and problem solving skills
A proven ability to appreciate the Eastern Canadian industrial culture.
